What's Inside:

2 – Acetaminophen (APAP) 500 mg

Relieves mild to moderate pain and reduces fever. Acetaminophen works by blocking pain signals in the brain and is gentle on the stomach, making it a good first choice when ibuprofen isn't appropriate. Common uses include headache, muscle aches, and fever management.

2 – Antacid (Alcalak) 420 mg

Fast-acting relief for heartburn and acid indigestion. Calcium carbonate neutralizes excess stomach acid on contact, providing quick comfort after meals, travel, or stress-related digestive discomfort.

2 – Bismuth Subsalicylate (Diotame) 262 mg

Soothes an upset stomach and helps control diarrhea. Bismuth subsalicylate reduces inflammation in the stomach lining and has mild antimicrobial properties, making it especially useful for traveler's diarrhea or food-related stomach upset.

2 – Diphenhydramine (Diphen) 25 mg

A versatile antihistamine that addresses allergic reactions, motion sickness, vertigo, and occasional sleeplessness. Diphenhydramine works by blocking histamine receptors in the body. Note: this medication may cause drowsiness — plan accordingly.

2 – Electrolyte Tablets (Medi-Lyte) 250 mg

Replenish key electrolytes when you’ve lost significant fluids and minerals—such as during prolonged exercise, heavy sweating, illness with vomiting or diarrhea, or dehydration—to help restore your body’s fluid and electrolyte balance. Each tablet supports hydration, energy, and recovery — simply dissolve in water. Ideal for hot climates, strenuous activity, or recovery from stomach illness.

4 – Ibuprofen (I-Prin) 200 mg

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that relieves pain, reduces fever, and decreases swelling. Ibuprofen is effective for headaches, muscle soreness, minor injuries, and inflammation. Take with food and water to minimize stomach irritation.

4 – Loperamide (Diamode) 2 mg

Controls diarrhea by slowing intestinal movement, giving your body time to absorb fluids and reduce frequency of loose stools. Particularly useful during travel or emergencies when access to facilities is limited. Not recommended for use if diarrhea is accompanied by high fever or blood in stool.

2 – Loratadine (Loradamed) 10 mg

A non-drowsy antihistamine for allergy relief, including sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and hives. Loratadine provides up to 24 hours of relief and is safe for daytime use without the sedating effects of diphenhydramine.

2 – Meclizine (Medi-Meclizine) 25 mg

Prevents and treats motion sickness and vertigo. Meclizine works by calming the inner ear and reducing signals to the brain that trigger nausea and dizziness. Best taken 1 hour before travel or the onset of symptoms. May cause mild drowsiness.
