11. Technology Limitations & Service Availability
Pocket Paramedic™ is delivered through telecommunications systems, software platforms, and third‑party technologies, including but not limited to phone networks, internet services, call‑routing systems, transcription tools, and customer support software. While we strive to provide reliable access to the service, Pocket Paramedic does not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free, or real‑time availability at all times. Service performance may be affected by factors outside our control, including network outages, system maintenance, software errors, device compatibility issues, high call volumes, or failures of third‑party service providers. Delays, dropped connections, inaccurate call routing, or incomplete call recordings or transcriptions may occur. Pocket Paramedic is not designed to function as an emergency response system and should not be relied upon in situations requiring immediate medical attention. Technology limitations may prevent timely connection to a representative, supervisor, or escalation pathway. If you believe an emergency exists, you must immediately call 911 or your local emergency number rather than relying on Pocket Paramedic or any associated technology.
By using the service, you acknowledge and accept these technological limitations and agree that Pocket Paramedic is not responsible for any inability to access the service, delays in response, or failures resulting from technical issues, connectivity problems, or third‑party system interruptions.
12. Limitation of Physical Goods & Approved Products
Pocket Paramedic™ guidance and product‑use support are provided exclusively for JaseAid™ first‑aid kits and first‑aid products sold or distributed directly by Jase Medical or its authorized partners (“Approved Products”).
Pocket Paramedic representatives are trained and authorized to provide general first‑aid guidance only in connection with Approved Products. Guidance, instructions, or recommendations may not be accurate, appropriate, or safe when applied to third‑party first‑aid kits, medical devices, supplies, or products not manufactured, sold, or expressly approved by Jase Medical.
Jase Medical does not manufacture, test, certify, warrant, or control the quality, safety, effectiveness, labeling, or instructions of any third‑party first‑aid products or supplies. Jase Medical expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for any injuries, damages, or outcomes arising from the use, misuse, or reliance upon third‑party products, even if such products are discussed, referenced, or mentioned during a Pocket Paramedic interaction.
If a user contacts Pocket Paramedic regarding a non‑JaseAid product, the service may be limited to general safety information or emergency redirection, and representatives may decline to provide product‑specific guidance. Jase Medical does not guarantee thecondition, completeness, or suitability of any Approved Product that has been modified, altered, expired, damaged, or improperly stored after purchase.
By using Pocket Paramedic, you acknowledge and agree that guidance is intended only for Approved Products and that you assume all risk associated with using non‑approved or third‑party first‑aid products.
